I learned so much in this course. honestly, i had no idea on some of the facts that came up. i didn't know about coffee inhibiting iron retention. i didn't know B12 could be harmful to the brain. ... i chose the right answers because the other 3 choices made no sense, but i was absolutely guessing on those.
